The title of my blog reflects the spirit in which I offer this blog, “with love”.
I am a registered nurse & a mother of two grown sons, one of whom is severely autistic. Because of life’s challenges, I learned how to take good care of myself & create a life full of meaning. If that is your intention, I am here to encourage you & to let you know it is possible.
Why do I share my thoughts? Because the things I learned were so powerful, I wish I had learned them earlier in life. Some may be helpful & others not. Kindly take what works and leave the rest.
